Each Coopler has their own profile: work experience, language skills, qualifications, and documents like their CV, diplomas, and certificates.

They apply to your open shifts, and you can see their matching score and star rating from previous shifts before scheduling them. See Reviewing and hiring applicants.

Payrolling workers are different – people you found yourself, who Coople employs and invoices at a reduced rate. See What is Payrolling and why use it?.

Your own internal workers are different too – your own employees, planned through Coople's tools but not hired via Coople.
